Confetti Inflation Instructions(Two ways)
â‘ BEFORE INFLATING THE BALLOON, spray some water inside the balloon to hold the confetti stick to the interior surface.
â‘¡AFTER INFLATED THE BALLOON, use a carpeted surface cloth to rub it and generate friction so the confetti will stick to the sides. Repeat the step few times and shaking rotating the balloon, so more confetti will stick to the balloon and will make the balloon look more beautiful.

The balloons can be filled with helium to float or filled with air to attach to any surface, the balloons have self sealing valves.
