After a long and busy semester at college, Mickey and her best friend Leanne are relieved to be hitting the road for the trip back to their small home town. But Mickey's plans for a relaxing summer are upended when Leanne abruptly undergoes a strange transformation... something massive, shocking and insatiable springing up from between her legs!
