When should replace it?

How to use?
The side attached to the white paper should be attached to the gel pad.The side attached to transparent film should be attached to the skin

Note:
Clean/dry your skin before using the EMS Pad;Stick the pad back to the cardboard after using it.
Tear off the gel pad, rinse with water, dry it and stick back, you will use it for several more times.Need to pay attention to the positive and negative of the gel pad.
