Please kindly note:
1.We do not recommend placing the probe directly in the fire.
2.Please don't touch hot probe or wire with bare hands. You'd better wear a heat-resistant glove
3.The plug of probe is waterproof but the cable of probe is not. So please kindly put the cable to any liquid, which will result in a bad connection and faulty readings.
