About MCT : Otherwise known as Medium-Chain Triglyceride these are a type of fatty acid that are shorter strains of Triglycerides. Don't let the word Triglyceride scare you, as it is simply the technical term for fat. Long-Chain Triglyceride are known to take longer to metabolize and are stored as fat in the process.
