- These bags use the water displacement method and therefore are not meant to be sealed. Step 1: Fill the silicone bag with desired food, do not seal. Step 2: Slowly lower into water, allow air to escape and vacuum to form around contents. Step 3: Keep opening above water and secure bag to side of container with enclosed fastener or clips. Optional: Use enclosed silicone fastener through top bag hole as needed.
