HLJ Health & Wellness Multi-Use Chin Strap helps significantly reduce or even stop snoring all together. It also helps CPAP / BiPAP wearers find relief from typical side effects such as dry mouth and gaping jaw during nightly mask usage.
Recommended Use: Place the center of the open strap on the chin and wrap upwards around the head so that the smaller hook and loop clasps meet on the crown of the head and are secured snugly. Allow ears to fit through the triangular holes in either side of the strap. Connect the larger hook and loop clasps at the back of the head and adjust the chin strap forward (or backward if desired) adjusting the tension on the rear clasp as needed. To remove the strap, unhook the rear clasp.
What to Expect: A properly adjusted chin strap will hold your jaw up and make sleeping with your mouth closed easier.
How to Use with CPAP / BiPAP Masks: While individual preferences may vary, we recommend placing the HLJ Products chin strap on your head first followed by the CPAP/BIPAP mask on the exterior.
