Restore damaged diaphragms and valves on the Hypro D30 Diaphragm Pump with the replacement parts provided in the Rittenhouse Hypro D30 Desmopan Diaphragm and Valve Complete Repair Kit (D30REPAIRDESMO).

This kit is basically a combination of the diaphragm and valve repair kits for the Hypro D30 (9910-KIT1724 and 9910-KIT1917).

If you notice there is a milky grey color in the sight glass of your pump, this most likely means one or more of the diaphragms are torn. Replace the diaphragms immediately and do not run the pump or you run the risk of causing extensive damage to it. If your pump is in constant use, it is recommended to replace diaphragms every 3 months or 500 hours and valves every 6 months or 1000 hours to keep your pump dependable in the field.
