The sport running inserts can be trimmed for a customized fit with one good scissor.
If needed, trim using guide on underside of insole. TIP:Initially trim to one size larger than your shoe size.
If the fit is too tight,pls remove the insole that came with your shoe. In most shoes, the original insoles are removable. Replace every 6 months for optimal comfort and support.
