For optimum comfort, the matress on this massage table is not just a regular foam - it's actually a memory foam that will accomodate the body perefectly. The first 2cm of the matress is memory foam and then there are 3cm of regular foam below that.
★ADJUSTABLE TABLE HEIGHT
The memory foam massage table is built with knobs on each leg for adjustable height. It can be adjusted by turning off the knobs on the leg and take out
the movable leg to adjust the height by choosing the holes on the movable leg. An the, put back onto the leg and fasten the knobs firmly. Make sure all legs are adjusted into same height level.

The entire massage table is portable and foldable. It is easy to assemble and regardless the weight capacity it can accomodate, it is actually lighweight. There is a manual included for the proper instructions on assembly.
