Batwing Fairing Repair kit...These are the same exact size replacement Brass Inserts as the dealer sells. Part #16585-96. The picture showing the Harley-Davidson package with the part number IS FOR REFERENCE ONLY. These inserts are used for Harley-Davidson touring bikes with Batwing fairings starting from 1996, part #16585-96. The 96 is when they started making them. The factory pressed-in inserts pulling out or spinning is not an uncommon occurrence. These are NOT inserts used for woodworking. The Installation Tool will assist you in the installing of the Brass Inserts. (Detailed instructions are included) Also 3 - Replacement S.S screws, washers and Hex/Allen wrench comes with this repair kit.
