Skeleteen Ball and Chain Thief Costume Props is made for costumes and dress up for Halloween and all year round. It is a 6" plastic black ball with a 10" ankle strap with a snap closure. You can always add a paper clip to make the strap fit any size ankle, even that of a toddler.
