Using Method:
Step 1:Clean your shoes and keep them dry.
Step 2:Remove plastic backing.
Step 3:Adjust the position until you feel comfortable.
Step 4:Stick the pads to the shoes and press firmly.

Warm Tips:
Make sure your shoes are a half size too big if you plan to use these!
You may need to take some time to adjust the position until you feel comfortable.
The pads are not suitable for soft cloth and plush material. They are most suitable for flat surface leather lining.
Removable and washable. If they lose stickiness, just tear off and rinse them under water, then keep them dry. They can be used again.
One size fits most. Suitable for high heels, flats, pumps and boots.
