Q1:Can the hair be dyed/bleached?
A1: Yes, you can color our hair. Our hair is 100% virgin hair of premium quality and has never been chemically treated and it can therefore handle the coloring process very well.(We suggest having a professional to perform these services)

Q2: How to detangle my hair?
A2:Make sure to saturate your hair with a detangling conditioner or your favorite conditioner and then detangle your hair. The more "slip" the better, the more moisturized your hair is, the easier it is to detangle.

Q3: How to tell human hair from synthetic hair?
A3: It is easy to see the difference. You can pick a single piece of them and tell them by burning and smell. For Human hair, as it is full of natural protein, it will be ash and show white smoke. While for synthetic hair, it will be a sticky ball and show black smoke.

Q4: How many pieces for a full head?
A4: Usually, for a full head, we suggest like this: 12 - 14inch 3pcs, 16 - 22inch 3-4pcs, 24 - 28inch 4pcs or more.
