TIP：
Before application,it is recommended to first clean the parts to be applied. This can be done simply by running a dry cloth between the two surfaces ensuring all small dust particles are removed.

Never apply lubricant while machine is connected to power source.

Guide to applying lubricants:
♥Unplug the treadmill from power source.
♥Remove white cap and seal, attach black cap and tube assembly.
♥Black cap has built in valve;make sure you "POP" it open by puling the very top of the black cap away from the bottle,this will allow lubricant to flow through the tube.

♥Add silicone oil according to the instructions.
