Good to know:  

1.you need to unscrew that round piece, add the shade, then screw the round metal piece back down. This will secure your shade from flopping around. Last, replace the bulb back in and enjoy.

2. Uses one maximum 60 watt standard-medium base bulb (not included).  

3.The 3-way touch sensor switch will only work with a dimmable bulb, otherwise this lamp will function with simple on/off switch at its highest setting.
