A : heating covers whole back of hand and fingers till finger tips

●Q: My hand is 7.9 inch width . i should get the small or medium size ?
A : Suggest to select a bigger size Medium .

●Q: Are the gloves washable ?
A : yes,Hand Wash is the best choice, If machine wash ,must put it into washing bag

●Q: Gloves only heats for about 30 minutes then went off when i first use it.
A: Since mostly batteries did not with full charge ,so please charge it around 4 hours once you get it .
