Instructions:
1.Ensure the ribbon is centered along the tissue paper,make sure ther is enough length of ribbon for hanging.
2.Unfold the tissue paper with the edges to the outsidel,once you have pulled away the strips and pom-poms has become slightly oval,use your hands to gently creat a more rounded shape.Instruction on the wrap.
3.Tissue paper is extremely thin and therefore can tear easily,but don't worry, you won't notice when the strips of tissue paper joined together in the finished pom-pom.
