How to sprout:
1,Put seeds into a wide mouth jar. Rinse the seeds, add 2 cups of water, store the jar somewhere at room temperature and soak for about 8 hours.
2, Pour out the water, set at an angle, using the multi-angle stand or place in a bowl so that the seeds don't get waterlogged.
3, Refill and drain the process twice a day (morning and night).
3, Rinse sprouts with cool, fresh water twice a day (morning and night). 4, 5-7 days later, your sprouts are fully formed. Enjoy your organic sprouts.

Tip:
Do not place sprouting lids in salt water. Keep dry and clean when not use.
