Cut the size you need, adhere to clothes or body, ensure that the skin is clean, dry & free from any cream or Moisturizing cream before applying.
Clean skin,make sure skin is free of oils and powders.Position tape on inside edge of clothing.Once tape is in place,remove protective liner and press taped clothing to skin.
Please note that when you removed it, they may leave a red mark which will disappear soon after.
