How long does the battery take to charge?
With a 2 Ah per hour output rate, the included fast charger will charge your 1.5 Ah battery from flat to full in 45 minutes. Fully charged, the battery will last 1.5 hours of continuous use at max RPM with no load. The built-in LED charge indicators let you know when to recharge.
Can it drill screws into wood without pre-drilled holes?
Yes. Whether you're building furniture, shelving units, wooden fences, terraces or decks, or installing roofing, flooring, doors or windows, you don't need to pre-drill any holes - the two gear speed settings and 21+1 position torque ring with clutch give you maximum control, whilst the variable trigger switch lets you apply the right amount of rotational force, every time.
