DECORATE WITH EASE

Happy Birthday Banner and the Paper Circle Dot Garland Hanging Decoration have already been assembled. What you need to do is only find the right place and hang them up.
Each Sparkling Hanging Swirls Ceiling Décor comes with a plastic loop on the top, which is easy to hang on any hook.

TIPS OF THE DECORATIONS
1. The length of the banner's rope is 5ft and 7.9ft ("HAPPY" is 5ft and "Birthday" is 7.9ft), all the letter cards are assembled well, but you also can adjust the space between the letter cards, depends on what you want.
2. All the banner cards and paper circle dots are stacked well. Take them out carefully from the package, find both ends of the rope and pull them away, then you can hang them up. (Don't take it out of the package rudely, because it may cause the string get tangled)
3. All our birthday decorations are brand new. The Hanging Swirls Ceiling Décor may have some parts stuck together, just gently pull them apart and they may work well.
