Choose this 18" overall length rod for most electric guitar and banjo necks (overall length includes the nut).
Details:
• The ingenious dual-rod design fits a straight 1/4"-wide x 3/8"-deep channel (measured from the bottom of the fingerboard).
• The adjustment nut turns smoothly inside a nickel-plated sleeve, requiring a 4mm Allen wrench (not included).
• The steel rods are shrink wrapped to prevent rattling.
• The low profile means you don't have to remove risky amounts of wood to install this two-way rod.
• The low profile also means there's less chance of cutting into your truss rod channel when shaping a thin neck.
Installation:
Requires a 1/4"-wide x 3/8"-deep channel (measured from the bottom of the fingerboard).
