WOD UHMW-5A UHMW Polyethylene Tape is designed with a permanent acrylic aggressive adhesive and ultra high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMW) film. The UHMW film of this tape offers low friction and a non-stick surface to allow materials to slide freely over the tape surface. Being resistant to high chemical and abrasion ensures durability and helps this tape to withstand rigorous and critical service applications. With high impact strength and shock absorbing properties, it can be a great alternative to Teflon Trade when high temperature resistance is not a requirement. This Tape is easy to install and ensures smooth drawer sliding preventing dust accumulation. With this tape, you can line the old overbuilt drawer runners to experience smooth sliding.

Applications

This tape is designed to use in automotive and mechanical applications. It is used for general drawers, bottom edges of drawers, mechanical drawers, chest of drawer, bottom cabinet rails, sticky drawers of old dressers, vacuum cleaner, and shimming templates.
Other applications include sliding surfaces, wearing strips on conveyors, bearings surfaces, chute channel liners, hopper liners, dead solid covering plates, tables, fences, wear pads, and guide rail channels.
