How to use
1.Pour in hot water / cold water, cover lid, let it stand for for 5 ~ 10 minutes to preheat / precool the jar, empty the water.
2.Pack your food and cover lid.
3.When eating, press the vent button for 1 to 2 times and then open the inner insulation cover.
