Picture Perfect Balloons
The 16" OH BABY letter balloons come with an inflation straw. Simply insert the straw through the valves and blow. Once inflated, remove straw and press to seal. Due to the weight and density of these balloons, they will NOT float with helium.

Also included are 24 12" balloons in pearl blue, pearl pink, pearl white and gold confetti. Use a cloth to rub the gold confetti balloons to create static so the confetti will stick to the sides.
