Note:

1. Not every smartphones can use this flash drive, it can be used for the smartphones that support OTG function and has Type-C interface, please ensure that before ordering, or ask us if you could not make sure.
2. Only "FAT32" format can be recognized by smartphones and tablets. The max file size that can be transferred in FAT32 format is 4Gb. While formatting your drive make sure that the drive's format is FAT32 else you can face a compatibility issue.
3. Transfer Speed: If you insert our USB 3.0 device into a 2.0 port, the transfer rate will be limited down to the max of the USB 2.0 port's.
4. When you insert the flash drive to computer,if the computer can not recognize it,please wait some seconds or try on other USB ports.
5. Please don't power off your computer or other deivce, otherwise the data might be removed.
6. iPhone and iPad can not be used in this flash drive.
7. Some mobile device protective cases interfere with the full and proper connection between dual USB flash drive and the type-c USB port of mobile devices. You may have to remove the protective case on your mobile device to obtain a full and proper connection.
