REG for 12" to 15" Neck Girth (Typical for most women)
LGE for 15" to 18" Neck Girth (Typical for most men)
You do not need to measure the length of your neck as the Brace will automatically compensate for small variations in the human cervical spine length utilizing highly compressible Memory Foam.
