How to use a kayak hoist This Powerfly kayak rack is designed to suit almost any kayak as the system is fully adjustable. The kayak is secured with adjustable straps which are attached to high quality stainless steel hooks. The hooks are plastic wrapped to prevent scratching. A pulley system and 26ft (8m) rope let you easily raise the kayak as high as you need to. Thanks to strong metal parts and robust fabrics, the hoist can hold up to 125lb (57kg) so it will easily take the weight of your kayak, paddles and other gear.
