The Laptop with USB-C slot will not be charged. Due to the limit of the USB 3.0 computer, the maximum currency is only 0.9A. The Laptop with USB-C device is normally using USB Type C Power Delivery 2.0 or 3.0 protocol to achieve 5V 20A.
