1.They will start to spin and then they seem to slow down and will even stop ,after a while they will re-spin, this is normal status,if the heat is too hot ,the blades will always spinning
2.the candleholder size is 6.5"*3", is smaller gift
3.please do not touch the top bar that supports the spinning blades when the candle is in use. VERY hot!
4.please don't let children touth when the candle in use
