Hot Therapy Instruction
Boiling Water: Heated in boiling water for 4 to 10 minutes. Use tongs to remove the pack from the water.

Microwave: Heated for 30s with intermediate fire, adjust the heating time according to the microwave power. After removing from the microwave, knead and flex the gel-pack to even out the heat.

For additional benefits, users can place a damp towel around the heated pack for moist heat therapy.

Hot therapy is suitable for sprains, strains and stiffness, mild arthritis, menstrual cramps, muscle pain and spasms, etc.
