6 Quart Round Stainless Steel Chafing Dish Dimensions: Pan is 13.5" Diameter, 11.5" in height to top of lid. Our Traditions Chafer comes with the welded rack, a water tray, food pan, glass steam-vented lid, lid holder, drip tray, fuel holder, and bonus stainless steel slotted spoon. Place heat source in supplied fuel holder, fill lower pan with hot water to evenly distribute heat, and place your food in the upper pan. Use and Care: Hand Wash with hot, soapy water and rinse thoroughly. Dry immediately after washing. Avoid salt solutions or acidic food and abrasive or harsh cleansers to preserve finish.
