Use Both Hot and Cold： Our packs can be used both for both hot and cold therapy, unlike competing packs that can only be used cold. Hot-- Place the gel pack in boiling water for 3-8 minutes, or, heat up water in the microwave and immerse for 3-5 minutes with medium-high heat. **For safety of keeping contents inside the compartments, it is not advised to place gel pack in microwave for heating. Cold-- Place the gel pack in the freezer for 20-60 minutes or in the refrigerator for more than 1 hour.
