Confetti Inflation Instructions
AFTER INFLATED THE BALLOON, use hand to rub it and generate friction so the confetti will stick to the sides. Repeat the step few times and shaking rotating the balloon, so more confetti will stick to the balloon and will make the balloon look more beautiful.

Note:
Please allow errors of the color from different monitors and the measure by hands.
The balloons can be filled with helium to float or filled with air to attach to any surface
