This roll of kinesiology tape is 2" wide X 16.4' long. There are 42 pre-cut pieces of tape that are 2" X 4.25" with round corners. This tape has extra strength adhesive for better security to your arm. Every person should consult with your personal Dr. before applying this tape to your skin to assure that your skin can handle this strong adhesive tape. The color of this tape is skin tone / tan. FREE shipping ONLY in the United States. To my knowledge this kinesiology tape is the best quality with the best adhesion. This said I am unable to warranty how long this tape will last on any specific person's body. This is because I do not control how clean a person's body is or how well they clean the area with alcohol before applying the tape or how much oils their body has or releases. I also have no way of knowing how they treat the taped area while washing the areas or how rough they may be with the taped area. I use this tape myself and I have since September 2018 and with very minor care it lasts me a few days. When I am careful a single piece of tape has lasted me a full 10 days even while showering, swimming and being active. ALWAYS consult with your Dr. before using this tape and always ask your Dr. how long they recommend you leave the tape on your body before replacing it. Please note: Due to the fact that this tape is for use on top of a medical device once the package has been opened it CANNOT be returned. If the product is damaged in some way I will of course replace it at no charge to the buyer. Please be aware f these conditions before you make this purchase. Please be aware that as a seller I have no way to control how well you the buyer cleans their arm or area before you the buyer applies the tape. Once the tape package has been opened I am not able to accept returns unless there is a specific product defect.
