These EverOne Round reusable gel ice packs (pack of 5) can be used as both hot or cold gel packs with a wide range of uses, including; reducing pain or swelling of common bumps/bruises, puffy eyes wisdom tooth extraction, headaches, neck pain, hot flashes, relief of breastfeeding aches, relief of arthritis pain, slow/stop chronic nosebleeds etc. Reduce swelling of common bumps and bruises these are a must have for any parent with young children For Boo Boo relief! For Cold compress: freeze or refrigerate (depending on your preference) the gel pack for one hour or more. Gel remains flexible when frozen. For warm compress: microwave in ten second intervals. Heat with caution - Do not overheat!! Discard if torn or punctured. Contents: 97% Spring water and medical-grade durable plastic. Up to 20 minutes of hot or cold therapeutic treatment with each use!
