There are 3 ways to attach these to a knitted toy.
1.make a small hole and put strong glue on the stem.
2.use the rubber earring backs to make them like safety eyes.
3. using a round needle nose pliers, you can carefully loop the wire and you maybe able to sew them on in that way.Â
