Some care tips may be can help you:
1. Please do not use shampoo that includes alcohol or sulfate ingredients.it would cause dryness,then leads to tangle.
2. If you want to flat/curl iron your hair, we recommend that the temperature can not exceed 120 degrees, and not exceed 15 seconds every time.
3. Note: It is very common for mannequin to have minor hair shedding in the first used.
As we know mannequin don't have root like a human head that will hold the hair tighten on our head.
Please gently comb the mannequin from the bottom of the head to above to improve and it shouldn't happen the next time.
