Q: Instructions state to give light a rest after 5 hours...Can I leave on all day?
A: We recommend let the lamp rest for a few minutes after lighting for 5 hours.
It will helps to extend the lifespan of the light. Usually we recommend 10-16 hours per day depending on the growth of the plant.
