--- You MUST FORMAT the Micro-SD Card in the dash camera before first time use & then restart the camera.
Otherwise the camera will give you an error message stating "wrong or bad memory card" If you get this error message, then simply FORMAT the memory card by going into the camera's system settings. See page 8 in the user manual or how to video.
