Q:IS it very hot？
A: yes, it is heat lamp with high temperature, so we would suggest you stay far from it about 80cm if feel hot ,just let your skin feel comfortable not too hot.

Q:how to install it?
A:1>remove the screw 2>keep the hole of bracket and the screw direction is consistant direction 3>the insert the bracket into the hole of the base facing the screw direction 4>finally, tighten the screw firmly as much as possible(let the screw into the bracket hole) , until you could not take out the bracket, it means it is stable enough

Q:Is it really helpful for my painful parts of body?
A: YES, it is near infrared light，because it can release 700-1200nm light and you just need use it on your painful part such as knee pain,you for 5-15 mins every session.
