Q1: Does it come with own power supply or do I need to buy usb cable to plug into it ?
A1: Comes with the usb cable but you need a usb power adapter to connect to the power supply.

Q2: Why it won't charge for my phone?
A2: It is compatible for iphone X/8/8 Plus/Samsung Galaxy S8/S7/S6,Moto Maxx, Moto Droid Turbo 2/Turbo,Google Nexus 6/5/4 and more, if not, it would just require the Qi wireless receiver.

Q3: How do you know the devices is well connected and when the battery is fully charged?
A3:The LED indicator will flash lights up that means it has connected. Place the phone and then charges wirelessly.
The LED indicator will light up automatically to show charging status, also your phone will tell you when its fully charged.

Q4: Is the phone will got hot when charging?
A4: No, most mobile phone won't has this problem, but seldom may get hotter than normal due to charging process. Please don't worry about it.
To avoid it, you had better not got any case covering the phone otherwise may influence the radiating effect.
