What Are Baoding Balls?
Also known as exercise balls or Chinese health/meditation/medicine/chi balls.

Practiced in China for hundreds of years, Baoding balls are used by rotating two or more balls repeatedly in either hand. They are intended to encourage healthy hand, wrist, and finger movements, relieve stress and hand pain, improve concentration, finger dexterity, and muscle strengthening.

Anecdotally, Baoding balls are also commonly used by individuals with chronic hand conditions, such as carpal tunnel syndrome, arthritis, trigger finger, etc. However, its effectiveness as a treatment option has not be rigorously evaluated.

Practice & Safety Instructions:
1) Practice close to and on top of a soft surface to catch the balls in case they fall out of your hand.
2) Rotate the balls in either direction starting with 1 minute intervals and rest in between.
3) Practice as often as possible with the Nimble Agilityâ„¢ Baoding Balls. As your dexterity improves, try rotating the balls without them touching as far apart as possible, rotating them in reverse, or even 3 to 4 balls simultaneously!
