Compatibility Notice: This ballast is known to work with the cars listed, but not all vehicles that use the LAD5G 12-pin ballast. If your vehicle has Adaptive Headlamps (the light moves left-to-right), that function will not work. Self-leveling may also not function. However, the light will work (but may show an "adaptive", "AFS" or similar error).

If the headlight begins to work, this replacement ballast will fix the problem. If the problem persists, a different component is causing the fault (most likely the bulb or wiring).
