Product Review
Direct sow Purple Plum Radish in late summer in rows spaced 4-6" apart for large roots. Keep watered, especially during hot weeks. Harvest 3-6" radishes after the first frost for a sweet crop.
- ☀️ Purple Plum Radish is a fun fantastic addition to your home garden! Remarkably sweet, delicious. When planting Radishes, year after year, be sure to rotate the planting site as it will deplete the soil. Avoid planting near cabbage and broccoli. Till the soil up to four inches down and lightly cover each seed with the aerated soil.
- 🌱 The bright flesh of the Purple Plum radish is sweet and tender. The shoots can also be used in stir-fry dishes or as an additional green to a salad. Their small globe shape make them perfect for slicing thin and pickling. Purple Plum will stay crisp while other Radishes may soften with time. Seeds are great for Planting in Garden or for storing in a seed safe for emergency.
- 💦 Space 4" apart and 1/2 inch deep. This radish is an unusual and colorful heirloom from China. Large softball-sized globes are greenish white, and have a bright red/pink heart. Milder flavor than most radishes.
