HOW TO INFLATE THE BALLOON AND DECORATE THE PARTY
Prepare an inflator, and put the head of the inflator into the balloon (the round white part of "valve")(you could see the picture in this link), inflate the balloon with air or helium until it is fulled and inflated (Attention: You can not inflate too much air because when the balloon has a lot of air it will explode), finally take the head of the inflator out and that's it.
Paste the balloons to the wall, ceiling, table etc with tape or glue. If it is filled with helium,they will float to the ceiling easily and do not need to do anything more. They could also be put on a swimming pool.
