Q: Can I use this product for... My boat / a small portable camping toilet / an outhouse latrine?
A: Absolutely! Our RV Treatment Drop Ins work for all of these applications.

Q: Is this safe to put in an empty RV tank? Or will it degrade the plastic?
A: It is completely safe to put in an empty tank. It will not damage, degrade, or stain the tank material.

Q: How long does it take the packet to dissolve and start working?
A: A: The packets dissolve within 1-2 minutes in normal temperatures. In colder temperatures, they may take just a few extra minutes to dissolve. It starts working immediately.

Q: Will it help break down and dissolve regular toilet paper?
A: Absolutely!

Q: Is this environmentally friendly and formaldehyde free?
A: Yes. Our product does not contain any toxins, formaldehyde, or bronopol.

Q: Can you use this product to deodorize a gray water tank too?
A: A: Absolutely!

Q: Do these have an expiration date or a shelf life?
A: We recommend using them within about 12 months. Keep them in a sealed container, out of sunlight and high temperatures.

Q: If I use bleach to clean my toilet, will that damage the enzymes and cause your product not to work?
A: Heavy use of bleach will likely inactivate the enzymes, therefore we do not recommend cleaning your toilet with a bleach product.
