Curious what Jade Rollers are all about?
They may seem like a newfangled facial tool, but the Chinese has long revered jade for its translucent colors and durability, regarding it as a stone of immortality and a symbol of beauty and grace. An integral part of Chinese beauty routines from as early as the 12th century, the jade roller has the ability to draw out negative qi (energy), increase blood circulation, reduce puffiness and diminish the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines.

Here's how you can make the most of your jade roller in 4 easy steps:
Step 1: Cleanse your face as usual.
Step 2: Apply your favorite serum, moisturizer, or face mask. Using a face mask might be a little messy though! Using a jade roller over your serum and moisturizer will push the skincare products deeper into the skin.
Step 3: Start rolling. Start at your chest or your forehead using outward and upward motions. Do about three passes per area.
Step 4: Wipe your face clean, then add another layer of serum or moisturizer. (If you were using the jade roller over serum or moisturizer, you can add another layer since you just massaged it into your skin.)
Tip: Mist your face throughout the process to plump your skin cells and increase penetration of your serum/moisturizer.
P/S: Jade is naturally cool to the skin, but you can also store the roller in the refrigerator a few hours before usage if you want an extra boost of firming and de-puffing.
