If the blue indicator light is on, it may be:

2. There may be a mismatch between the keyboard or the piano.
--The MIDI cable you used before, is it USB to midi interface? Can it be used normally? If your old midi to usb cable does the job and our product can't work, I will assist you to get the full refund.
If the indicator light is not on
